SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping estimates for original art will be calculated at checkout. Please allow up to 2 weeks for original art to be posted and 5 business days minimum for shipping. Original art will be dispatched from Temora, NSW 2666.

Shipping is free Australia wide for all fine art prints. International shipping is available however it is at extra cost. Please get in touch for a shipping price estimate if you are buying from outside of Australia. All prints are dispatched from Luscombe, QLD 4207. 

Due to art prints being printed on demand, and there being a high demand of orders, please allow 3-4 weeks printing and framing. Depending on your location, shipping will be an extra 2-10 business days once printing is completed.

Packaged items over 100cm cannot be sent to Post Office boxes. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. If you request 'authority to leave', you will be responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.

RETURNS

Prints are printed on demand, and all frames are custom-made. Due to this, there is no allowance for change of mind about purchases. Please choose very carefully when making your order. You are welcome to get in touch if you are looking for advice or need assistance with your order.

 

If your order is damaged in transit, please send through photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item (1 business day). Damaged items that go through the correct procedure will be replaced.

Photo evidence must include the damage to the exterior packaging and damage to the artwork itself.
