ORIGINAL ART

All original art is shipped via Australia Post from Temora, NSW 2666, and can be shipped to most worldwide locations excluding Post Office boxes. Both standard and express shipping is available to all shipping locations. Please allow up to 1 - 2 weeks for parcels to be posted. Once posted, you can expect parcels to be delivered in:

NSW orders: Standard shipping, 2 - 4 business days

NSW orders: Express shipping, 1 - 2+ business days

Outside NSW: Standard shipping, 3 - 6 business days

Outside NSW: Express shipping, 1 - 3 business days

Outside Australia: Standard shipping, 6+ business days

Outside Australia: Express shipping, 3+ business days

Local pickup is available to all at an agreed-upon time and location. All original art will be posted with tracking. Original art valued at $100 and over will be posted with shipping insurance, and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you request "authority to leave", you will be responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel. Eco-friendly packaging will be used where possible, however, the main priority is to ensure your artwork arrives well-protected.

Stretched Canvas Artwork

For International and Australian addresses ordering stretched canvas artworks (framed and unframed), the shipping cost is calculated by the package size and your location. You will be given the appropriate shipping price at checkout.

Small Encounters Artwork & Calendars

Shipping is free for unframed "Small Encounters" artwork and calendars sent to Australian locations. If you purchase your "Small Encounters" framed, the shipping cost will be calculated by the package size and location. Due to framing being an optional extra, I will supply you with an invoice for framing and shipping combined. For international orders, you will be given the appropriate shipping price at checkout.

PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS & ART PRINTS

All art prints are posted with free shipping Australia-wide from Luscombe, QLD 4207. If you are international and have placed an order, you will be contacted with a shipping fee. Allow 4-5 weeks for delivery if you purchase an unframed print and 5+ if you require framing. Shipping will be an extra 2 - 10 business days after printing and framing is complete. If you are looking for a more specific estimate or require express shipping on your print order, please get in touch. PLEASE NOTE: Art prints are in high demand, and orders can often take longer than expected, so please ensure you allow as much time as possible for printing, framing and shipping. You should receive updates directly from the print company on the status of your order. However, this is not at the top of their priority. I request that you be patient, but you are also welcome to contact me with your concerns, and I will do my best to help you.

CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES

Original Art

Please have your orders in by the 15th of December for standard delivery. If you are located in a metro location and choosing express shipping, please have your order in by the 20th of December. Please note that these guidelines are provided by Australia Post and I cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery once the parcel has been posted. To guarantee delivery by Christmas, ensure you have your orders in well before the supplied dates.

All Prints

I am waiting to hear from the print company about their Christmas delivery cut-off dates, but you can expect to add additional time to the estimated delivery times above. The print company will be receiving an influx of orders at this time of year and will likely close for the year in the lead-up to Christmas.

RETURNS

Original Art

Each piece is created with care and inspected thoroughly. Refunds or exchanges are offered if the artwork has a major fault (e.g., damage on arrival or isn’t as described). For minor issues, a repair or partial remedy may be provided at the artist’s discretion. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, but custom adjustments may be available upon request. Store credit or exchange may be provided in special cases; please inquire within 14 days of delivery. Original artworks are one of a kind and can not be replaced if damaged. All original artworks valued at $100 and over will be shipped with insurance.

All Prints

Prints are printed on demand, and all frames are custom-made. Due to this, there is no allowance for change of mind about purchases. Please choose very carefully when making your order. You are welcome to get in touch if you are looking for advice or need assistance with your order.

If your Order Arrives Damaged

If your order is damaged in transit, please send through photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item (1 business day). Damaged items that go through the correct procedure will be replaced. Photo evidence must include the damage to the exterior packaging and damage to the artwork itself.
